Rupee symbol changing? Your vote counts.

Posted by Passion Paprika | 7:20 PM | Thursday, April 9 | , , , | 3 comments »

Money in India has had no symbol. Rupee is now growing stronger and the economy (minus the recession) is also booming. Perfect time to bring in a symbol for our money. Who best to decide about what should stand for our currency but you.

Economictimes.com has a survey with a variety of logos which you can chose from.

This is what I selected.

And if you don't like any of them you can always submit your own.

I'm quite excited to see the results for this. Its nice to see that my vote will be counted that will change the way the world will look at our currency, for years to come.
